What is your weather policy
Weather is part of outdoor planning, so every booking includes a backup plan. If conditions are unsafe or will damage the setup, we will work with you to adjust timing or pivot locations. Because dates are held and time is reserved, retainers are not refundable.
What if I do not have a suitable location
No problem. If you do not have a private yard or a clear spot in mind, tell us the vibe you want and we will recommend options. Some locations may require permits or have restrictions, and we will guide you through the details.
Is setup and takedown included
Yes. We handle full setup and full takedown for every booking. You arrive to a finished space and leave without packing a thing.
How long is the experience
Most styled experiences include a reserved experience window. The exact duration depends on the package you select. Additional time can be added when available.
How do I book and what is required to secure my date
Booking starts with a consultation. Once we confirm your date and package, a non refundable retainer secures your spot on our calendar. The remaining balance is due prior to your event date.
Do you supply alcohol or champagne
We do not sell or supply alcohol. If you want a champagne moment, we can style the setup. Clients supply alcohol in accordance with local laws and venue rules.
